He also stated that <br />Resolution No. 1695 refers to the lot <br />known as Disposition Parcel 5 at the <br />northwest corner of Main and Sample <br />Streets in the Studebaker Corridor area <br />and is approximately 41,000 sf. The <br />resolution also sets two fair re -use <br />values for the property. The two <br />minimum fair re -use values are $15,725 <br />for industrial use and $33,550 for <br />commercial use. <br />Upon a by Mr. Faccenda, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. <br />1695 setting the Fair Re -Use Value of <br />Disposition Parcel 5 in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. <br />i.
