South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - June 4, 1999 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS SUBMITTED <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the .TUNE 4, 1999 <br />Commission approved the Claims <br />submitted June 4, 1999, and ordered the <br />checks to be released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Staff report on Design Review Issues in <br />the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. (Welsh Oil signage —U.S. 31 <br />Industrial Park) <br />There was no staff report. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Amendment to the Division of <br />Redevelopment's Relocation Policy. <br />Jon Hunt explained that the major change <br />to the Policy is to increase the maximum <br />payment for re- establishment expenses <br />from $10,000 to $20,000. <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />THERE WAS NO STAFF REPORT <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded COMMISSION APPROVED THE AMENDED DIVISION <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, OF REDEVELOPMENT'S RELOCATION POLICY <br />the Commission approved the Amended <br />Division of Redevelopment's Relocation <br />Policy. <br />c.
