South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - May 7, 1999 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />h. continued... <br />The Indemnification and Hold Harmless <br />Agreement from St. Joseph County will <br />indemnify the City of South Bend and <br />the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission and hold them harmless <br />from any and all claims or liabilities, <br />which might arise out of the use of the <br />property. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Ms. Schwartz and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Indemnification and Hold <br />Harmless Agreement from St. Joseph <br />County in connection with the new St. <br />Joseph County Jail in the Studebaker <br />Corridor. <br />i. Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with <br />the Affordable Loan Program for <br />property at 915 Fuerbringer. (Dale <br />Rupel) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan is in the <br />amount of $11,550 at 0% interest for 20 <br />years with monthly payments of $48.13. <br />The grant is in the amount of <br />$11,335.50. <br />HAWPDATA \C0MMSN\050799.MIN -7- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE INDEMNIFICATION <br />AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT FROM ST. <br />JOSEPH COUNTY IN CONNECTION WITH THE NEW <br />ST.
