South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - May 7, 1999 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />m. Commission approval requested to use <br />the Wayne /St. Joseph Street Parking <br />Garage on Friday, July 16, 1999, and <br />Friday, August 27, 1999, for the <br />Rooftop Rendezvous. (AIDS <br />Ministries /AIDS Assist). <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that a letter -of- request <br />was received from AIDS <br />Ministries /AIDS Assist to use the <br />Wayne /St. Joseph Street Parking Garage <br />on Friday, July 16, 1999, and Friday, <br />August 27, 1999, for the Rooftop <br />Rendezvous. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the use of the Wayne /St. <br />Joseph Street Parking Garage on Friday, <br />July 16, 1999, and Friday, August 27, <br />1999, for the Rooftop Rendezvous, <br />subject to receiving Proof of Insurance <br />from AIDS Ministries /AIDS Assist, <br />insuring the City of South Bend, the <br />South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission and the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Authority. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that Business Districts, <br />Inc. presented the Lincolnway West Plan on <br />April 27, 1999.
