Labor charges at $55/person/hour <br />and Materials at cost plus 15%. <br /> <br />We estimate 6 days, 2 trades people plus staging, plus materials fir installation. The <br />estimated budget is $6,280.00. You are responsible for only the actual time and materials <br />to complete the project to your satisfaction. <br /> <br />A one-time fee of $2,170.00 (20% of estimate) is added to account for site visits, <br />contracting, supervision & overhead. <br /> <br />Billings for the shop work are 50% down payment plus the one time administrative and <br />overhead charge. Net due 15 days after completion. <br /> <br />Billings for the on site work begin upon commencement of work. Invoices will be mailed <br />bi-weekly. Net due with in 15 days. <br /> <br />After the due date, a finance charge of 11/2% per month will be added to past due <br />balances.
