NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />a. continued.... <br />Mr. Hunt opened the public hearing for <br />anyone who wished to speak on <br />Resolution No. 1673. There was no one <br />who wished to speak regarding Resolution <br />No. 1673. Mr. Hunt closed the public <br />hearing and asked the Commission if it <br />had any comments or questions. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1673 authorizing the <br />execution of a Lease for certain public <br />improvements on behalf of the City of <br />South Bend and regarding other related <br />matters. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 1673 <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE LEASE FOR <br />the Commission adopted Resolution No. CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ON BEHALF OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND AND REGARDING <br />1673 authorizing the execution of the OTHER RELATED MATTERS <br />Lease for certain public improvements on <br />behalf of the City of South Bend and <br />regarding other related matters. <br />c. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1674 establishing certain <br />funds and accounts in connection with <br />the Lease dated as of March 1, 1999, <br />between the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission and the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Authority relating to <br />the acquisition of certain land and <br />removal of improvements thereon and <br />other related matters. <br />HAWPDATATOMMSM031999.MIN -6- <br />
