APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />420 SBCDA GENERAL ACCOUNT <br />C & S Service <br />GW Berkheimer Co., Inc. <br />Howard Park Hardware <br />619 BLACKTHORN <br />Meadowbrook Golf Group, Inc. <br />Ms. Schwartz mentioned that she had a conflict of <br />interest on the three Claims for CB Richard <br />Ellis /Sturges Bradley and asked that they be <br />deleted from the Claims list. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded by Mr. <br />Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Claims submitted <br />March 5, 1999, excluding the three Claims for CB <br />Richard Ellis /Sturges Bradley, and ordered the <br />checks to be released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Parking Management Agreement <br />between the City of South Bend and <br />Ampco System Parking in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this item was <br />presented to the Commission for its <br />consideration on February 19, 1999; <br />however, the item was tabled at that time. <br />She also stated that this is a five -year <br />H: \WPDATA \C0MMSN\030599.MIN -3- <br />$338.94 <br />$64.61 <br />$55.87 <br />$14,900.00 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CLAIMS SUBMITTED <br />MARCH 5, 1999, EXCLUDING THE THREE CLAIMS <br />FOR CB RICHARD ELLIS /STURGES BRADLEY, AND <br />ORDERED THE CHECKS TO BE RELEASED <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />
