South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - February 19, 1999 <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1667. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following items <br />be entered into the record: (1) Affidavits <br />from the Tri- County News and South <br />Bend Tribune that the Notice of Public <br />Hearing was published in those <br />newspapers on January 29, 1999. Mrs. <br />Kolata stated that the Notice of Public <br />Hearing was published in the Tri- County <br />News with an incorrect date in it and was <br />republished in that newspaper on February <br />5, 1999, with the corrected date; (2) A <br />statement from Owen Rock that a <br />Statement to Taxing Units located within <br />the Airport Economic Development Area <br />was sent to the taxing jurisdictions on <br />January 28, 1999; (3) A statement from <br />Owen Rock that on January 29, 1999, <br />copies of the Notice of Public Hearing <br />were sent to the affected property owners <br />and registered neighborhood associations. <br />As of 10:00 am. this morning no written <br />remonstrances were received. <br />Mr. Rock presented a map of the Airport <br />Economic Development Area to the <br />Commission for its consideration. <br />HAWPDATATOMMSM021999.MIN -4- <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />
