NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />L continued.... <br />Ms. Schwartz asked if the Commission <br />would address each of the projects and <br />their expenditures individually as <br />individual projects come to fruition and <br />the Commission enters into Contracts. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Commission <br />will address the projects and their <br />expenditures individually, either through a <br />purchase offer or a contract for <br />professional services. However, some of <br />the projects involving engineering services <br />or construction might go before the Board <br />of Public Works for approval. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 1661, A <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION OF <br />the Commission adopted Resolution No. THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />COMMISSION (SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br />1661, a supplemental appropriation DEVELOPMENT AREA) <br />Resolution of the City of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. (South <br />Bend Central Development Area) <br />g. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1662. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following items <br />be entered into the record: Affidavits from <br />the Tri- County News and South Bend <br />Tribune that the Notice of Public Hearing <br />was published in those newspapers on <br />January 8, 1999. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Resolution No. <br />1658 stated that the Commission intended <br />to appropriate $20,000 of tax increment in <br />the West Washington- Chapin <br />Development Area.
