NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />c. continued.... <br />was published in those newspapers on <br />January 8, 1999. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Resolution No. <br />1656 stated that the Commission intended <br />to appropriate $1,800,000 of tax increment <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Resolution No. 1660 reduces the amount <br />to $1,542,982. The funds being <br />appropriated will be used for acquisition, <br />relocation, demolition, professional <br />services and local public improvements in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mr. Hunt opened the public hearing for <br />anyone who wished to speak regarding <br />Resolution No. 1660. There was no one <br />who wished to speak regarding Resolution <br />No. 1660. Mr. Hunt closed the public <br />hearing for whatever action the <br />Commission wished to take. <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1660, a supplemental <br />appropriation Resolution of the City of <br />South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. (Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution No. <br />1660, a supplemental appropriation <br />Resolution of the City of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission.
