South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Special Meeting - January 22, 1999 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />m. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Survey of Pipeline) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that three proposals <br />were received relative to locating an <br />existing Marathon pipeline and providing <br />topography information for the Blue <br />Heron development site. <br />The first proposal is from Peirce & <br />Associates in the amount of $5,400. The <br />second proposal is from Wightman Petrie, <br />Inc. with a fee not -to- exceed $4,500. <br />However, they estimated that their fee <br />would be between $3,400 and 4,200. The <br />Adw third proposal is from The Abonmarche <br />Group in the amount of $3,500 to $4,000. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from The Abonmarche Group in the <br />amount of $3,500 to $4,000 for <br />professional services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. (Eagle <br />Freight Replat) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that two proposals were <br />received relative to replatting the Eagle <br />Freight property in the U.S. 31 Industrial <br />Park. The first proposal is from The <br />HAWPDATA \C0MMSN\012299.MIN -12- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />THE ABONMARCHE GROUP IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$3,500 TO $4,000 FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN <br />THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREA. <br />(SURVEY OF PIPELINE) <br />
