NEW BUSINESS <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to add item 6.s. <br />to the agenda. There was no objection and <br />item 6.s. was added to the agenda. <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1653 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property at 4335 Meghan <br />Beeler Dr. North in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. ( JABCO <br />Limited Liability Company (Bludot, <br />Inc.)) <br />Nancy Van Scoyk presented the following <br />staff report to the Commission for its <br />consideration. <br />This redevelopment project calls for the <br />construction of a 17,900 sq ft building. <br />JABCO Limited Liability Company will <br />lease the building to Bludot, Inc. for use in <br />manufacturing of brake lines for trailers. <br />Bludot, Inc. has been in business since <br />1975, originating as a family -owned <br />business started in a basement and <br />engaged in manufacturing brake lines for <br />trailers. In the ensuing 23 years, the <br />company added to its customer lines and <br />sells to trailer manufacturers in the U.S. <br />and Canada.
