Woodworth) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $1,700 as of December <br />15, 1998. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property at 107 <br />S. William. (Wayne Z. & Earl <br />Woodworth) <br />q. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property at 712 N. Lindsey. (Louis M. <br />& Mary H.
