The intent of this <br /> ordinance is to correct some typographical errors that have been found, as well as to add <br /> clarifying language and tables to ease in the use of the document. <br /> Please include the attached Ordinance on the Council agenda for first reading at your March 9th <br /> 2020 Council meeting and set it for public hearing at your March 23rd, 2020 Council meeting. The <br /> petition is tentatively scheduled for public hearing at the March 16th, 2020 South Bend Plan <br /> Commission meeting.
