Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1643, a supplemental <br />appropriation of the City of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda, and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1643, a supplemental appropriation <br />resolution of the City of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. <br />c. Public Hearing on Resolution <br />No. 1645. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following items <br />be entered into the record: Xerox copies of <br />the Notice of Public Hearing which was <br />published in the South Bend Tribune and <br />the Tri- County newspapers on October 23, <br />1998. The Proofs of Publication could not <br />be located as of 10:00 a.m. this morning. <br />(Subsequent to the meeting, the Proofs of <br />Publication were found and placed into the <br />Public Hearing file.) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Resolution <br />No. 1645 appropriates $1,000,000 of Tax <br />Increment in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area.
