South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - November 6, 1998 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />Eighth Addendum to Amended and <br />Restated Lease Between the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Authority and South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission dated <br />as of August 1, 1990. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Lease is tied to <br />the Bond issue which was used to <br />purchase the land in the Blackthorn <br />Corporate Park. <br />The Eighth Addendum to the Amended <br />and Restated Lease removes two <br />properties from the Lease. The two <br />properties were sold to Crescent <br />Properties, LLC and Shamrock <br />Development, Inc. The bonds associated <br />with those two lots were defeased at the <br />time the land was sold. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Eighth <br />Addendum to Amended and Restated <br />Lease Between the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Authority and South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission dated as of <br />August 1, 1990. <br />i.
