NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />a. continued.... <br />receiving a final Agreement from <br />Meadowbrook Golf Group, Inc. and <br />satisfactory review of the Agreement. Mr. <br />Hunt stated that Anne Bruneel, <br />Redevelopment's Attorney, will need time <br />to review the suggested changes to the <br />Agreement. <br />Mrs. Bruneel stated that the Agreement <br />sent to Meadowbrook was reviewed by <br />Baker & Daniels for form and legality, as <br />to concerns related to the outstanding tax <br />exempt Blackthorn Golf Course Bonds <br />and the refinancing of these Bonds, which <br />is currently underway. She also stated that <br />based on that review, Baker & Daniels <br />recommended a few changes to the <br />Agreement, which are relatively minor. <br />These changes are being incorporated into <br />the Agreement. <br />Ms. Schwartz stated that in view of the ITEM 6.A. WAS TABLED <br />fact that there are some substantive issues <br />which need to be fine tuned and addressed, <br />she requests tabling item 6.a. until the <br />Commission can receive the fully revised <br />Agreement. She also stated that she would <br />like to know what the Joint Advisory <br />Committee recommendations are <br />regarding the changes to the Agreement <br />which have been requested.
