APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (CONT.) <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED AND RATIFIED THE <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the CLAIMS SUBMITTED ON SEPTEMBER 18, 1998, AND <br />Commission approved and ratified the Claims ORDERED THE CHECKS TO BE RELEASED <br />submitted on September 18, 1998, and ordered <br />the checks to be released. <br />4. COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to add item 6.1. <br />to the agenda. There was no objection and <br />item 6.1. was added to the agenda. <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1638 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property at 1911, 1915, <br />1919 and 1923 South Walnut Street in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />(Phoenix Development) <br />The following staff report was presented to <br />the Commission for its consideration. <br />Phoenix Development proposes to <br />construct six new model homes. These <br />homes will be 1,036 sq. ft., with three <br />bedrooms, two baths, a full basement, one <br />car garage and vinyl siding. The homes <br />will be built on a minimum 40'x 131' lot, <br />which will be seeded upon completion of <br />the home.
