Presentation of updated Airport 2010 <br />Plan. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked to strike item 6.k. from ITEM 6.K. WAS STRICKEN FROM THE AGENDA <br />the agenda. There was no objection and <br />item 6.k. was stricken from the agenda. <br />1. Commission approval requested for <br />Contract for Sale of Land in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Contract for <br />Sale of Land is with Welsh, Inc. for the <br />purchase of land in the U.S. 31 Industrial <br />Park. The land is approximately 3.08 <br />acres. The sale price of the land is <br />$345,000. Welsh, Inc. has agreed to start <br />construction within 60 days from closing <br />and complete the project within 15 months <br />from the start of construction. The staff <br />recommends approving the Contract for <br />Sale of Land and authorizing the execution <br />of all documents associated with the <br />Contract. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE CONTRACT FOR <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the SALE OF LAND WITH WELSH, INC.
