NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />b. continued.... <br />stated that The Ultimate Connection, Inc. <br />could build a computer for a customer <br />based on the customer's specifications. <br />Mr. Blake asked Ms. Madison if the <br />computer would be built by The Ultimate <br />Connection, Inc., or ordered from another <br />computer distributor. Ms. Madison stated <br />that The Ultimate Connection, Inc. would <br />either build the computer or order it. <br />Ms. Madison stated that there would be <br />between 25 and 30 computers available for <br />immediate use at the cyber cafe. She also <br />stated that a customer could bring in their <br />personally owned laptop, plug it in and use <br />it at the cyber cafe for a nominal fee. <br />Mr. Blake asked Ms. Madison if The <br />Ultimate Connection, Inc. has its own <br />website. Ms. Madison stated that The <br />Ultimate Connection, Inc. does have its <br />own website. <br />Ms. Schwartz asked Ms. Madison if The <br />Ultimate Connection, Inc. has a currently <br />existing business operation. Ms. Madison <br />stated that two of The Ultimate <br />Connection, Inc. owners do have currently <br />existing businesses in St. Joseph Station, <br />but their businesses do not have a <br />restaurant in them, just computers. <br />HAWPDATA \COMMSN\090498.MIN -7- <br />
