This area is being <br />replatted for residential development as part <br />of the larger residential development to the <br />north. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1632 related to acquisition of <br />property in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area by Eminent <br />Domain. <br />d. Commission approval for Resolution <br />No. 1633 approving an application for <br />real property tax deduction for property <br />at 336 N. Niles Avenue in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. (South Bend <br />Brewery) <br />The following staff report was presented to <br />the Commission for its consideration. <br />The South Bend Brewery proposes to <br />renovate a portion of an unused, vacant <br />warehouse. Renovation of the warehouse <br />will include sandblasting, redoing the walls, <br />ceiling, windows, floors and purchasing <br />equipment. The South Bend Brewery will <br />purchase a 15bbl system with fermenters, <br />serving tanks and mash tun, glycol tank and <br />a brewer kettle.
