South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - August 7, 1998 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />p. continued.... <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan exceeds the <br />value of the house. She also stated that she <br />asked the Bureau of Housing about the <br />condition of the rest of the house. She <br />reported that the Bureau of Housing stated <br />that the rest of the house was in fairly decent <br />condition. <br />Ms. Schwartz stated that she was concerned <br />with the active termites. Mrs. Kolata <br />suggested that this item be tabled until the <br />next meeting so that the Bureau of Housing <br />can respond to these questions. <br />Ms. Schwartz made a motion to table item ITEM 6.P. WAS TABLED <br />6.p. There was no objection and item 6.p. <br />was tabled. <br />q. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from The Abonmarche Group <br />for replat of the U.S. 31 Industrial Park, <br />Section One in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the proposal from The <br />Abonmarche Group is in the amount of <br />$1,100 to replat the U.S. 31 Industrial Park, <br />Section One, plus $121.00 for filing fees. <br />The Abonmarche Group will pay the filing <br />fees and the City of South Bend will <br />reimburse The Abonmarche Group. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the proposal from The <br />Abonmarche Group in the amount of $1,100, <br />HAWPDATATOMMSM080798.MIN -24- <br />
