(Daniel Kois) <br />n. Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property at <br />1330 N. Huey St. (Aaron & Eva Sconiers) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan to Aaron & <br />Eva Sconiers is in the amount of $13,250 at <br />3% interest for 15 years with monthly <br />payment of $91.50. The grant is in the <br />amount of $8,650. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant in <br />connection with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property at 1330 N. Huey St. <br />(Aaron & Eva Sconiers) <br />o. Commission approval requested for Loan <br />and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property at <br />124 S. Sheridan. (Lucille F. Horvath) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan to Lucille F. <br />Horvath is in the amount of $850 at 0% <br />interest for four years with monthly payments <br />of $17.71.
