South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - July 17, 1998 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />c. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1621 determining tax <br />increment needed to satisfy obligations <br />of the Commission regarding the South <br />Bend Central Allocation Area (South <br />Bend Central Allocation Area No. lA). <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this resolution <br />determines tax increment needed to satisfy <br />obligations of the Commission regarding <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Allocation Area. A notice will be sent to <br />the County Auditor requesting that the TIF <br />assessed value be set aside for 1999. The <br />TIF assessed value would not be included <br />in the calculation of tax rates for other <br />taxing jurisdictions. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. 1621 <br />determining tax increment needed to <br />satisfy obligations of the Commission <br />regarding the South Bend Central <br />Allocation Area (South Bend Central <br />Allocation Area No. 1 A). <br />d.
