Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for subdivision services for a <br />major secondary subdivision in U.S. 31 <br />Industrial Park, Section Two in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this proposal is to <br />plat the lot in the U.S. 31 Industrial Park <br />that is to be sold to Dennis Bamber. The <br />Abonmarche Group proposes to do the <br />work for a fee not -to- exceed $2,200. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, <br />seconded by Mr. Blake and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission accepted the <br />proposal from The Abonmarche Group in <br />the amount of $2,200 for subdivision <br />services for a major secondary <br />subdivision in U.S. 31 Industrial Park, <br />Section Two in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />q. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for subdivision services for a <br />minor subdivision to be called the <br />Blackthorn Corporate Office Park #8 <br />on Nimtz Parkway. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this is for the <br />Shamrock Development parcel that was <br />approved by the Commission at the last <br />Commission meeting. The Abonmarche <br />Group proposes to do the work for a fee <br />not -to- exceed $1,800. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission accepted the <br />H: \WPDATA \COMMSN\070298.MIN -20- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM THE <br />ABONMARCHE GROUP IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,200 <br />FOR SUBDIVISION SERVICES FOR A MAJOR <br />SECONDARY SUBDIVISION IN U.S. 31 INDUSTRIAL <br />PARK, SECTION TWO IN THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />
