Commission authorization requested <br />for use of the Wayne Street Parking <br />Garage for the "World's Largest <br />Garage Sale" from Friday, June 5, <br />1998, through Saturday, June 6, <br />1998. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Commission <br />previously approved the use of the <br />Wayne Street Parking Garage for the <br />"World's Largest Garage Sale" from <br />Friday, June 5 ,1998, through Saturday, <br />June 6, 1998, subject to the Parks and <br />Recreation Department providing proof <br />of insurance naming the <br />Redevelopment Authority, <br />Redevelopment Commission and the <br />City of South Bend as additional <br />insureds. Parks and Recreation has <br />submitted this document to provide the <br />required proof of insurance. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Blake and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the use of the Wayne Street <br />Parking Garage for the "World's <br />Largest Garage Sale" for June 5, 1998, <br />through June 6, 1998, naming the <br />Redevelopment Commission and the <br />City of South Bend as additional <br />insureds. <br />-34- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE LOAN AND GRANT <br />IN CONNECTION WITH THE AFFORDABLE LOAN <br />PROGRAM FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1213 E. <br />MINER ST.
