South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - June 5, 1998 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />and Anne Bruneel, attorney for <br />Redevelopment. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Contract for Sale of Land <br />for Private Redevelopment with SSP <br />Properties in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area (Portion of the <br />former Dreisbach site), subject to <br />completion of negotiations between <br />SSP Properties and Anne Bruneel, <br />attorney for Redevelopment. <br />p. Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with <br />the Affordable Loan Program for <br />property located at 124 Studebaker. <br />(Callie Mae Pulliam) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan to <br />Callie Mae Pulliam is in the amount of <br />$5,500 at 0% interest for ten years with <br />monthly payments of $45.83. The grant <br />is in the amount of $5,296.50 <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Loan and Grant in <br />connection with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property located at 124 <br />Studebaker.
