NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />g. continued.... <br />The tenant will also be responsible for <br />its own signage, which must conform to <br />the development signage plan. The <br />plan will allow for variations in logos, <br />but will not allow temporary or <br />handmade signs visible from the <br />exterior, and will require a certain <br />conformity in window treatment. All <br />improvements to the property, interior <br />or exterior must be approved by the <br />Department of Redevelopment. <br />The following are among the criteria <br />which will guide the Redevelopment <br />Commission in the review and <br />acceptance of a proposal: (1) No bid at <br />less than the net market rent value of <br />$10.50 per square foot. (2) The degree <br />to which the proposal meets the <br />objectives of the Development Plan <br />prepared by the Department of <br />Redevelopment and approved by the <br />Area Plan Commission and the <br />Common Council. (3) The character of <br />the improvements proposed to be made <br />to the property, the bidder's plan and <br />ability to improve and occupy the real <br />estate with reasonable promptness, and <br />any factors which will assure the <br />Commission that the project will further <br />the carrying out of the Development <br />Plan and will best serve the interest of <br />the community, both from the <br />standpoint of human and economic <br />welfare.
