Dayton. (Regene Wray) <br />L Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 802 S. 29th St. (Christine <br />Heminger) <br />Amy Tweeten stated that the loan to <br />Christine Heminger is in the amount of <br />ce $6,950 at 0 % interest for 20 years with <br />monthly payments of $28.96. The grant is <br />in the amount of $6,748.50. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Loan and Grant <br />in connection with the Affordable Loan <br />Program for property located at 802 S. 29th <br />St. (Christine Heminger) <br />g.
