NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />h. continued.... <br />infrastructure that has already been <br />constructed in the Blackthorn Corporate <br />Park. Mr. Panzica feels that Blackthorn <br />Corporate Park is the best site for Class A <br />office and technical type space for the <br />corporate users that Panzica has in mind. <br />Mr. Panzica stated that Panzica <br />Construction Company would like to see <br />Blackthorn Corporate Park become more <br />accessible to both large and small users. <br />Mr. Panzica stated that Panzica <br />Construction Company could help make <br />this possible by pre - planning for more <br />development density and providing the <br />ability for smaller users to be in the <br />Blackthorn Corporate Park without <br />necessarily occupying large parcels of land <br />with small buildings on them. <br />No action was required on this item. DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL PRESENTATION BY <br />PANZICA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY. NO ACTION <br />REQUIRED <br />i. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1604 approving the <br />transfer of real property to the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana. <br />The resolution authorizes the transfer of <br />properties in the Southeast Neighborhood <br />to the Board of Public Works. The Board <br />of Public Works would subsequently <br />transfer the properties to American Home <br />Dreams, a not - for - profit agency, for the <br />construction of new housing. <br />-15- <br />
