OLD BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />Power Company to supply service to the <br />US 31 Industrial Park. <br />Ms. Schwartz abstained from the vote and <br />discussion on this item. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the distribution <br />easement for Indiana Michiana Power <br />Company for property located in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />Ms. Schwartz abstained from the vote and <br />discussion of this agenda item. <br />Mr. Riggs asked permission to add items 6.i, <br />6j. and 61. to the agenda. There were no <br />objections and items 6.i., 6.j. and 6.k. were <br />added to the agenda. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1596 approving an <br />application for personal property tax <br />deduction for property located in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(O -T -D Corporation) <br />Ms. Schwartz suggested that the <br />Commission did not need to hear the tax <br />abatement staff report read at the public <br />meeting. The staff reports are previously <br />distributed and reviewed by the <br />Commissioners.
