South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - April 17, 1998 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />L continued... <br />Mr. Riggs stated that the replat is for the <br />Dreisbach property. Peirce and Associates <br />had been hired at a previous meeting to <br />survey a replat. The staff requests <br />authorization to sign the replat. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by COMMISSION AUTHORIZED THE STAFF TO SIGN <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the THE REPLAT OF THE PARCEL AT THE SOUTHEAST <br />Commission authorized the staff to sign CORNER OF MICHIGAN AND SOUTH STREETS <br />the replat of the parcel at the southeast <br />corner of Michigan and South Streets. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Ms. Schwartz wished James Riggs the best in <br />his new endeavors. He will resign from the <br />Division of Redevelopment on April 24, 1998, <br />to take a position in Baltimore, Maryland. <br />8.
