They have four buildings <br />currently under construction on the south <br />portion of the 52 acres in the Cleveland <br />Road Industrial Park West. <br />Beeler & Brown Properties, LLC and <br />Davey, LLC, along with Tom Sexton are <br />moving forward with a 41 -lot subdivision <br />located immediately north of and adjacent <br />to the Cleveland Road Industrial Park. A <br />berm will separate the industrial area from <br />the residential area. Sewer and water will <br />be extended to the subdivision. It is <br />anticipated that all 41 lots will be <br />developed in three years. The target <br />market is for empty nesters, first time <br />homebuyers and single professionals. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission adopted Resolution No. 1598 <br />approving an application for real property <br />tax deduction for property located in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Beeler & Brown Properties, LLC and <br />Davey, LLC) Ms. Schwartz voted nay. <br />d.
