NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />L continued... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1587 approving the Fair Re -Use Value <br />of property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />g. Commission approval requested for Bid <br />Specifications and Design Considerations <br />for the US 31 Industrial Park located in <br />the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />Owen Rock presented a Staff Report to the <br />Commission requesting its acceptance of the <br />Bid Specifications and Design <br />Considerations developed for the land in the <br />northeast corner of the St. Joseph Valley <br />Parkway and Brick Road, also known as US <br />31 Industrial Park in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Bid <br />Specifications and Design Considerations <br />for the US 31 Industrial Park located in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />h. Commission approval requested to <br />publish Notice of Intended Sale of <br />Property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area with publication dates <br />of March 13 and 20, 1998, and receipt of <br />bids at 10:00 a.m., on April 3,1998.
