They will be informed of our desire <br />for them to implement our program and will be specifically asked to refer females and minority group <br />employees for employment. <br />It is our policy that wages, working conditions and employee benefits will be determined and administered <br />on a non-discriminatory basis. We will conduct periodic reviews of wage rates, employee benefits, and <br />promotional capabilities to assure they are administered in a non-discriminatory manner. <br />Supervision has been made to understand that their work performance is being evaluated based on <br />their equal employment opportunity efforts and results, as well as other criteria.
