NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />r. continued.... <br />The staff felt that CB/Robert Bradley <br />Associates has more presence in the retail <br />market place at this time. <br />The staff recommends discussing <br />CB/Robert Bradley Associates' property <br />management fee with them as it assumes <br />more property management than currently <br />anticipated. <br />Ms. Auburn stated that the Commission <br />would like an updated report on the <br />property that the awarded company is <br />managing. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Doncho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from CB/Robert Bradley Associates for <br />marketing and property management of <br />Redevelopment owned retail space, <br />subject to the staff discussing the terms of <br />CB/Robert Bradley Associates' contract. <br />Ms. Schwartz abstained. <br />s. Staff report on acquisition of property <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that a purchase offer <br />was sent to the owners of Bandito's <br />Burritos. The property owners countered <br />with a combined offer regarding the real <br />estate and relocation costs.
