ARTICLE III <br /> <br />BARGAINING AGENT <br /> <br />Section 1. The NWI Contractors Association Incorporated recognizes <br />International Union of North America, State of Indiana District Council, as the sole and <br />exclusive multi-union Collective Bargaining Representative for all Employees in the Unit, <br />consisting of Construction Laborers, who are employed by the Employer on all work and <br />classifications set forth in this Agreement. <br />Section 2. The State of Indiana District Council and its affiliated Local Unions #41 and <br />#81 likewise recognizes the NWI Contractors Association Incorporated as the sole and <br />exclusive Collective Bargaining Representative for all Employers for all work set forth in <br />Article I for the area outlined in this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE IV <br /> <br />UNION SECURITY <br /> <br />Section 1. The Contractor, or Employer, recognizes and acknowledges that the <br /> for and <br />on behalf of Local Union #41 and Local Union #81 is the sole representative of all <br />Employees in the classification of all work under its jurisdiction covered by this <br />Agreement, for the purpose of collective bargaining. <br />Section 2. In the event that said statute Indiana Public Law No. 2.2012,HE.A. 1001 which is <br />codified at Indiana Code 22-6-6, et seq is null and void, such provisions shall be restored to <br /> <br />ARTICLE V <br /> <br />WORKING DUES CHECK-OFF <br /> <br />Section 1. Each Employer signatory to this Agreement agrees to deduct from the pay of <br />Employees covered by this Agreement regular and uniform Working Dues, in the amount <br />designated by the Union, provided, before any such deduction is made, the Union shall <br />secure and furnish to the Employer a properly signed Authorization form from each <br />th <br />Employee permitting such deductions. Such deductions shall be remitted by the 10 of <br />each month, following the end of the month for which deductions are made, to the <br />designated depository at the same time and accompanying Health & Welfare, Pension and <br />Training contributions submitted electronically or by separate check and report of gross <br />9 <br /> <br />
