- Plumbing <br />- Appendix <br />ES O <br />The manual shall be specifically written for the chassis model being purchased It shall not <br />be a generic manual for a multitude of different chassis and bodies. <br />MANUALS, CHASSIS OPERATION <br />(E)NO <br />Two (2) chassis operation manuals shall be provided One print, one CD. <br />12 VOLT LIGHTING <br />There shall be two (2) Fire Research model SPA260-Q20 LED surface mount scene lights on <br />each side of the apparatus. One shall be centered in the front of the truck cab. One shall be <br />at the side near rear top of apparatus. <br />These lights shall be switched in the cab switch panel as well as the pump panel. <br />These light(s) may be load managed when the parking brake is set. <br />ELECTRICAL WIRING DIAGRAMS <br />Two (2) electrical wiring diagrams, prepared for the model of chassis and body, shall be <br />provided. These drawing shall include AS BUILT diagrams. One print, one CD. <br />AMP DRAW REPORT <br />The bidder shall provide, at the time of bid and delivery, an itemized print out of the <br />expected amp draw of the entire vehicle's electrical system. <br />The manufacturer of the apparatus shall provide the following: <br />1) Documentation of the electrical system performance tests. <br />2) A written load analysis, which shall include the following: <br />A) The nameplate rating of the alternator. <br />B) The alternator raring under the conditions specified per. <br />Applicable NFPA 1901 or 1906 (Current Edition). <br />C) The minimum continuous load of each component that is specified per: <br />Applicable NFPA 1901 or 1906 (Current Edition). <br />D) Additional loads that, when added to the minimum continuous load, determine <br />total connected load. <br />E) Each individual intermittent load. <br />All of the above listed items shall be provided by the bidder per the applicable NFPA 1901 <br />or 1906 (Current Edition). <br />WATER TANK <br />Booster tank shall have a minimum capacity of 500 gallons and be constructed of <br />polypropylene plastic by United Plastic Fabricating, Incorporated <br />The tank shall be stepped in design to allow for a low hose bed. <br />Tank joints and seams shall be nitrogen welded inside and out. <br />47 <br />
