OLD BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />a. continued.... <br />proposal in the description section where <br />the utility coordination agreement has <br />been revised to $750.00; the subdivision <br />plat fee has been revised to $7,000 for a <br />minor subdivision or $8,450 for a major <br />subdivision; it appears that the <br />subdivision plat will be for a minor <br />subdivision and there is a reimbursable <br />filing fee of $1,200 relative to the <br />subdivision plat. <br />The staff recommends accepting the <br />revised proposal. Cole Associates' <br />timetable for completing the work is <br />approximately three months from notice - <br />to- proceed. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted the proposal from Cole <br />Associates in an amount not -to- exceed <br />$51,785 for professional services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a.
