Anne Bruneel stated that the Ground and Airspace Lease has an initial term of 50 years and four consecutive 50 -year renewal terms. Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the Ground and Airspace Lease with Riggs Bank and Company, as trustee for the Multi - Employer Property Trust. Anne Bruneel stated that there are several Easements associated with this project. Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the Elevator Easement with Riggs Bank and Company, as trustee for the Multi - Employer Property Trust.
