Commission authorization requested for <br />Director to petition to vacate alley <br />behind the Morris Civic Auditorium. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the petiton is for <br />the alley located directly behind the Morris <br />Civic Auditorium and the alley is needed <br />for the expansion of the Stage House. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission authorized the Director to <br />petition to vacate alley behind the Morris <br />Civic Auditorium. <br />o. Commission approval requested for <br />Satisfaction of Obligations and Release <br />of Mortgage. <br />Anne Brunel of the City of South Bend <br />Legal Department stated that in May 1997, <br />the Commission agreed to allow Joseph <br />McHatton to assign his Rental Rehab Loan <br />obligations to Ali Mojarred. As of <br />October 1997, Mr. Mojarred had received <br />his last Certificate of Waiver relative to <br />the Rental Rehab Loan.
