WAS TABLED <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission tabled item 6.i and <br />directed the staff to work with Cole on a <br />revised proposal. <br />j. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 235 E. Fox. <br />(Alfonso Cardenas and Northern Oak <br />Homes) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $850.00 as of December <br />23, 1997. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property located <br />at 235 E. Fox. (Alfonso Cardenas and <br />Northern Oak Homes) <br />k. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 305 E.
