Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the Commission accepted the proposal from Business Districts, Inc. subject to striking the last sentence of paragraph E. on page two referring to the method of payment, the entire paragraph I. referring to arbitration, changing the project completion date from 12 months to six months from today, striking the interest rate on late payments, strking "one hour" from the listening session and changing the state name list in the proposal from South Bend, Illinois to South Bend, Indiana. i. Commission approval requested for proposal from Cole Associates for professional services in the Airport Economic Development Area. James Riggs stated that this proposal relates to the Holy Cross project at the Blackthorn Corporate Park. In the Agreement with Holy Cross regarding purchase of the property, the Commission agreed to complete the construction of Mayflower Court.
