Thanks for getting back to me. The existing door had to be replaced due to water damage to the door and subsequent warping causing a 1” gap in the frame. This allowed direct access to the interior. Additionally the side lights that were installed with the door were not actually windows, rather, double sided sheets of glass that had been made to look like windows. There was a lack of sealing around said windows. In regards to the replacement work on the trim, I’m assuming that you’ll need the before pics, is that right?
