Annual Organization Meeting - January 2, 1998 <br />and Western. Health clinic will open in early <br />1998. <br />AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />AREA <br />Sold eight acre site to Holy Cross Health <br />System Inc. for construction of their new <br />92,000 s.f. corporate office. <br />Opening of AmeriPlex park on Olive Road. <br />Provided water, sewer and road improvements <br />to open up 38 acres of industrial land <br />Opening of West Cleveland Road Industrial <br />Park. Provided water, sewer and road <br />improvements to open up 27 acres for <br />industrial development. <br />Purchased land for US31 Industrial Park. <br />Provided water, sewer and road improvements <br />to open up 73 acres for industrial <br />development. <br />Currently updating plan for future <br />development and infrastructure needs west of <br />Olive Road. <br />Completion of US3I/Nimtz Parkway <br />interchange. <br />The development area had 559,466 sf of new <br />development and new investment of <br />$12,495,780 during 1997. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that these are just some of <br />the more visible projects. There has also been <br />staff activity with on -going requests for <br />information, reports that have to be prepared, <br />updating the office market survey, updating <br />F:\ HOME\ CPHIPPS \WPDATA \COMMSN\98ANULOR.MIN -6- <br />
