<br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Molnar made a motion to approve COA #2019-0701, section 3, with the <br />alteration that the Commission intends for there to be four Corinthian colossal <br />columns in place where they were, but with the understanding that two may go <br />up first, and at a later date the second ‘inner’ columns may go up (within twelve <br />months), were that not possible, the applicant will come back for a re-application. <br />Were the property to be sold, four columns will be installed. Seconded by <br />Commissioner Brazinski. <br /> <br />Five in favor, none opposed. <br />Vote: 5 – 0. Foundation is concrete. <br />Roof is flat with parapet wall. A central bay in front features an arched entrance with divided light transom above and a balcony <br />window with metal rail. Above the balcony is an entablature with “Carroll” cast in concrete. Windows are 6/1 and 1/1 double <br />hung, both original wood and multiple generations of wood and vinyl replacement. The lot is slightly elevated with a concrete <br />retaining wall. <br /> <br />ALTERATIONS: No COA on file. Some windows are replacement wood or vinyl.
