NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />r. continued.... <br />ANNE BRUNEEL: I don't think that it is <br />particularly revelant to any finding that the <br />Commission is required to make today on <br />this particular action, which is amending <br />the acquisition list to just add two parcels. <br />Mr. Moerlein's parcel being an action that <br />was taken previously. <br />GREG KIL: This was the first time that, <br />on behalf my client, that we've seen any <br />plans. There was a plan at an earlier <br />meeting that Jon Hunt had presented to my <br />client and myself back in July or August <br />of this summer that was tentative. Some <br />of the information that I see here is a little <br />more rounded and a little more full and <br />that was why I requested an opportunity to <br />ask a question on that. Again, I would like <br />to request the Commission consider some <br />middle ground in retaining this very small <br />sliver building, still allowing for the <br />development of the dominant, Class A <br />office space. <br />Bob Hunt asked if there was anyone else <br />who wished to speak regarding Resolution <br />No. 1559. <br />PAT BILLEY: My name is Pat Billey. <br />I'm the President of the Board of Trustees <br />of the Studebaker Museum.
