NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />o. continued.... <br />Mary Beth Thompson of the Bureau of <br />Housing addressed a memorandum to the <br />Redevelopment Commission explaining <br />that the property at 208 E. Indiana is to be <br />sold to a single - family home owner and <br />the home owner will use the rehab money <br />to convert the home from a two - family <br />home back to a single - family home and <br />will occupy the home. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property located at 208 <br />E. Indiana Avenue. (Nicholas J. Dwyer) <br />p. Commission approval requested for <br />Agreement with NIPSCO for property <br />located in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that this is an <br />agreement with NIPSCO to extend a gas <br />line into the U.S. 31 Industrial Park to <br />have gas service readily available. The <br />cost of extending the gas line is $14,280. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the claim to <br />NIPSCO needed to be paid before work <br />could begin. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Agreement <br />with NIPSCO for property located in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area and <br />F:\ IIOME\ CPHIPPS \WPDATA \COMMSN\I20597.MIN -16- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE LOAN AND GRANT <br />IN CONNECTION WITH THE AFFORDABLE LOAN <br />PROGRAM FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 208 E. <br />INDIANA AVENUE.
