APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. July 16th, 2018 2. August 20t1i, 2018 3. September 17th 2018 Commissioner Fischer made a motion to approve the minutes from the three previous meetings. Seconded by Commissioner Bonham. Seven in favor, none opposed. Vote: 7 — 0. The minutes are approves as submitted. B. STAFF REPORTS 1. RME Report — Distributed. C. COMMITTEE REPORTS 1. DISPOSITION OF HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION ASSETS Commissioner Fisher asked the Commission President to appoint Randy Ray to the Dissolution of Historic Preservation Commission Assets Committee. Commission President Gelfman appointed Randy Ray to the Committee. Commissioner Fisher explained that the Committee will be moving forward with meetings in the near future following meeting with staff. 2. LANDMARKS COMMITTEE Commissioner Molnar reminded the Commission of the Landmark unveiling to be held on October 16t1i, 2018 at noon at the Civil Rights Heritage Center at 1040 W Washington. VI. OLD BUSINESS VII. NEW BUSINESS A. Resolution 18-03 Tim Corcoran, Director of Planning for the City of South Bend, spoke to the Commission members about the proposed Resolution 18-03. Commissioner Fischer asked about the Window Decision Tree. Administrator Feasel informed the Commission that it would be distributed. The desire of this decision tree is to streamline the review process, as well as to make efficient use of time of the applicant, the commission, and the commission staff.
