September 17th 2018 <br />Commissioner Fischer made a motion to approve the minutes from the three <br />previous meetings. COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />1. DISPOSITION OF HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION ASSETS <br />Commissioner Fisher asked the Commission President to appoint Randy Ray to <br />the Dissolution of Historic Preservation Commission Assets Committee. <br />Commission President Gelfman appointed Randy Ray to the Committee. <br />Commissioner Fisher explained that the Committee will be moving forward <br />with meetings in the near future following meeting with staff. <br />2. LANDMARKS COMMITTEE <br />Commissioner Molnar reminded the Commission of the Landmark unveiling to <br />be held on October 16t1i, 2018 at noon at the Civil Rights Heritage Center at <br />1040 W Washington. <br />VI. OLD BUSINESS <br />VII. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Resolution 18-03 <br />Tim Corcoran, Director of Planning for the City of South Bend, spoke to the <br />Commission members about the proposed Resolution 18-03. <br />Commissioner Fischer asked about the Window Decision Tree. Administrator Feasel <br />informed the Commission that it would be distributed. The desire of this decision tree is to <br />streamline the review process, as well as to make efficient use of time of the applicant, the <br />commission, and the commission staff. <br />The Commission had discussion regarding whether this would apply to the County projects as <br />well as the City projects. <br />VIII.
