Vote: 6 — 0. Motion to approve the Order of Business as submitted is passed unanimously. 40 <br />B. Architectural Historian <br />Legal Counsel informed the Commission that the Architectural Historian position under <br />discussion would be for the established term ending July 1, at which point it would be available to <br />be filled again. <br />The Architectural Historian Nominating Committee had previously set forth a motion for Greta <br />Fisher to be appointed for a term expiring July 1St. Discussion was opened. <br />Commissioner Molnar stated that for the record that all three candidates were qualified. <br />Six in favor, none opposed. <br />Vote: 6 — 0. Greta Fisher is unanimously appointed as the Architectural Historian until July 1St, <br />2018. <br />VI. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. 1040 W Washington Local Landmark Application <br />Commissioner Hertel made a motion to send 1040 W Washington to the Landmarks <br />Committee. Commissioner Klusczinski seconded. <br />Six in favor, none opposed. <br />Vote: 6 — 0. 1040 W. Washington is sent to Landmarks Committee for review to consider its <br />eligibility as a Local Landmark. 0 <br />VII. ANNOUNCEMENTS AND MISCELLANEOUS MATTERS <br />A. May Commission Meeting Quorum Discussion <br />The date for the May meeting may be shifted to accommodate quorum concerns. <br />B. 62290 Miami Road — Potential Emergency Demolition <br />Staff was made aware that a concrete silo at a St. Joseph County Local Landmark has <br />experienced a major shift in its foundation, as is now tilting precariously. <br />C. Replacement Window Workshop, April 30, 2018 — 7:00pm. — Distributed. <br />VIII. ADJOURNMENT <br />Commissioner Gelfman made a motion to adjourn.
